## Offices project

A two-story multi-tenant office building organized as a rhythm of charcoal textured-block towers and white stucco infill bays. Each tenancy gets its own red-brick entry portal under a steel-edged canopy, so wayfinding is built into the architecture rather than applied to it, and the landscape strip doubles as the pedestrian spine between suites.
