## Restaurant project

Charlie Trumbull's occupies the historic Tempe National Bank corner on Mill Avenue in downtown Tempe. The design keeps the landmark facade — arched entry, layered cornice banding, and hand-painted wall signage — while opening the ground floor to a wrap-around street patio that puts the dining room in the middle of the Mill Avenue foot traffic.
