A two-story office building organized around a single strong move: a dark standing-seam metal entry tower cut into an otherwise clean white mass. The tower frames a two-story glass lobby and carries the building signage, gray surround panels group the punched windows into vertical bays, and desert planting beds soften the parking frontage.
