Sips converts a mid-century automotive garage into a neighborhood coffee and beer house. The original service bays are kept as glazed roll-up openings that spill onto a screened patio, the drive-thru threads the old wash lane, and a bold painted fascia band ties the whole plate together behind the round blade sign.
